Calvary CG Walk-A-Thon to Build!

We're raising money to fund the ministry of Calvary CG and build a bigger building to increase our ministry impact!


Calvary CG currently


  • Serves nearly 60 children each Sunday
  • Ministers to the homeless and poor weekly, providing dozens of families with food, clothing, and water while ministering to their spiritual needs.
  • Provides free tutoring and meals every Friday to nearly 40 kids from Casa Grande's poorest school district.
  • Holds three services every Sunday in order to make room for all the people who come through our doors each week eager to worship Jesus and study the word of God.


In order to continue to grow all of these ministries and so many more, we need to build a larger building that could host the growing numbers of people who need to learn about Jesus, be discipled in being more like him, and having their physical and spiritual needs met.

Reaching Kids

Calvary CG has been blessed to be making an impact in so many ways with the kids in our community.


Each Sunday we have over 60 children attend our Sunday Kids Ministry:

On Fridays, our entire campus turns into a “Calvary Kids Club” tutoring program for children from Casa Grande’s poorest communities. Kids from grade 1 - grade 5 receive healthy meals, learn lessons about the Bible, and receive vital tutoring that helps them catch up to their grade levels.

Reaching the Homeless

Our Park Ministry exists to serve the unsheltered and poor people who are living on the streets of Casa Grande.


Each week our team of servants cooks food for up to 60 people, and takes it to the park where they hold a full church service for people who might never hear a sermon or get prayed for otherwise.


After the service they serve a home-cooked meal as well as providing clothing and helping with other needs.


What could we do?

The campus we plan on building would allow us to provide training and counseling services for the poor as well as large food distribution events.

Spreading the Gospel

We have seen incredible growth in our church services. In 2023 we switched to three services, and are on pace to require additional services by the end of 2025.


While we are willing to do as many services as it takes to minister to our community, are facilities are not big enough to minister to that many people during the week.

Reaching the Youth

Casa Grande has a growing youth population and a massive problem. With virtually no youth activities available in our city violence, gangs and drugs are an increasing problem.


Our youth ministry meanwhile has been growing and continues to expand. When we are able to fund the third phase of our building plan, we will convert our entire current sanctuary into a permanent youth center for our community.


Our vision is to train, mentor and equip the youth of our city for success.


Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

  • Where are the funds going?

    100% of the funds are going towards our building fund which covers all the activity in planning, organizing, fundraising for and building the new facilities.

  • Where is this taking place?

    On our property where we will build! The four corners of the first phase of our build are marked out in the parking lot for us to walk around!

  • When is this happening?
